This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products (such as computer hardware, networking devices, CCTV equipment and accessories) purchased from Balaji IT Network Solutions (BITNS), as well as to the on-site delivery and deployment of IT services.
Physical Products
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of order confirmation and successful payment.
- Delivery timelines depend on the product, stock availability and the delivery location. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days within Bihar and 7–14 business days for other regions in India.
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination, and are shown at the time of purchase or shared in the quotation.
- For bulk and institutional orders, delivery is coordinated directly with the customer and may be scheduled in phases.
Services & On-site Deployment
- For IT services such as networking, server setup, CCTV installation and infrastructure deployment, delivery means scheduling and completing the agreed work at your site.
- Service schedules are mutually agreed after order confirmation and may depend on site readiness and availability of materials.
Digital Services
- For online exam, certification and software subscriptions, access is provisioned digitally — usually immediately or within 24 hours of activation — and no physical shipping is involved.
Delays & Tracking
