Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how orders for products and services purchased from Balaji IT Network Solutions (BITNS) may be cancelled. Please read it together with our Refund Policy and Return Policy.
Product Orders
- Cancellation requests for physical products are accepted only before the order has been shipped / dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled; it may instead be handled under our Return Policy where applicable.
- Custom-built or specially-ordered items (for example custom PC builds or items procured on request) may not be eligible for cancellation once procurement has begun.
Services & On-site Work
- Cancellation of IT services (networking, server setup, CCTV installation, AMC, deployment, etc.) is accepted if requested a reasonable time before the scheduled work begins.
- If work, site visit or procurement of materials has already started, charges for the work completed and materials used may be deducted from any refund.
Courses & Subscriptions
- Enrollment in paid courses may be cancelled before the course start date. Cancellations after the course begins are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Online exam / certification and software subscriptions may be cancelled before activation. Once a subscription is activated or a certificate is issued, it is generally non-cancellable.
